Argon purifier

CYAR-4A argon purifier is a widely used laboratory miniature argon purifier with excellent materials. It is suitable for any domestic imported chromatograph, spectrum, mass spectrometer and other modern instruments and meters to be used online. This purifier uses a new type of getter, which can be activated at about 400 ℃, It also works under constant temperature and high vacuum, so it is widely used in accelerator vacuum system. When the active gas touches the surface of the clean getter alloy particles at high temperature, it forms a stable compound with the surface of the alloy particles, thus achieving the purpose of extracting the active gas.

This purifier is special for direct-reading spectrometer: when the purity of raw argon is ≥ 99.9%, the purification process: use the non-evaporable zirconium-aluminum 16 getter as the purification agent. At a certain temperature, the getter can form stable compounds or solid solutions with O2, N2, H2, CO, CO2, CH4, etc. in the argon, so as to achieve the purpose of refining argon.

The argon purifier adopts a special structure, which has the advantages of large contact area, small resistance, high purification efficiency and low heat power loss. This device can be used in conjunction with zone melting silicon crystal furnace for deep dehydration of argon, and can be used in laser, sputtering, semiconductor production, gas chromatograph, direct-reading spectrometer, special bulb rare metal processing and other production technology fields requiring ultra-high purity argon.
