CYAR-4A argon purifier is a widely used laboratory miniature argon purifier with excellent materials. It is suitable for any domestic imported chromatograph, spectrum, mass spectrometer and other modern instruments and meters to be used online. This purifier is special for direct-reading spectrometer: when the purity of raw argon is ≥ 99.9%, the purification process: use the non-evaporable zirconium-aluminum 16 getter as the purification agent. At a certain temperature, the getter can form stable compounds or solid solutions with O2, N2, H2, CO, CO2, CH4, etc. in the argon, so as to achieve the purpose of refining argon.
