Avoid tire blowout and air shortage. A flat tire is the number one killer in road traffic accidents. When the car is traveling, the tire temperature will rise due to friction with the ground. Especially when the car is traveling at high speed and braking urgently, the temperature of the gas in the tire will rise rapidly, and the tire pressure will increase sharply, so there is a possibility of a tire blowout.

However, high temperature leads to tire rubber aging, fatigue strength reduction, and severe tread wear, which may be an important factor for tire blowout. Compared with ordinary high-pressure air, high-purity nitrogen can greatly reduce the probability of tire blowout because it is oxygen-free, almost water-free and oil-free, has low thermal expansion coefficient, low thermal conductivity, slow temperature rise, reduces the speed of tire heat accumulation, and is not flammable or combustion-supporting.

Nitrogen gas purification equipment

After using nitrogen to extend the service life of tires, the stable volume of tire pressure changes little, which greatly reduces the possibility of irregular friction of tires, such as crown wear, shoulder wear and eccentric wear, and increases the service life of tires; The aging of rubber is caused by the oxidation of oxygen molecules in the air. After aging, its strength and elasticity will decrease, and there will be cracking, which is one of the reasons for the shortening of tire service life.

The nitrogen separation equipment can maximally clean the oxygen, sulfur, oil, water and other impurities in the air, effectively reduce the oxidation degree of the inner liner of the tire and the corrosion of the rubber, will not corrode the metal rim, extend the service life of the tire, and greatly reduce the rust of the rim.

In addition to the above, we need to further reduce the energy consumption to achieve environmental protection. The lack of tire pressure and the increase of rolling resistance after heating will constitute the increase of fuel consumption when the car is moving; In addition to maintaining a stable tire pressure and delaying the tire pressure drop, nitrogen has the characteristics of dry, oil-free and water-free, low thermal conductivity, and slow temperature rise, which reduces the temperature rise when the tire is traveling, as well as the tire deformation and small grip, and reduces the rolling resistance, and then reaches the intention of reducing fuel consumption.
