Since liquid nitrogen is not purified after vaporization, its oxygen content is generally between 2 ppm and 10 ppm. Sometimes the nitrogen provided by the gas supplier exceeds this range, but the customers using nitrogen do not know its quality, so it often affects the quality of the products. With the nitrogen purification device, regardless of the quality of nitrogen feed gas, as long as the nitrogen enters the vacuum furnace after being treated by the purification device, the purity is always constant. Generally, O2 is less than 1 ppm, and moisture is less than 2 ppm. Such stable nitrogen can guarantee the quality of the production object.
