Booster system work: select the operation action after the exhaust gas after the vacuum pump is monitored by the oxygen analyzer, start the recovery procedure, open the pneumatic valve to enter the front buffer tank of the compressor, operate automatically under the action of the pressure sensor, complete the system pipeline purging, and operate automatically within the set data range, through primary filtration of dust, precision secondary filtration, cooling, drying, dehydration, deoxidization The drying and purification equipment deeply adsorbs and removes the trace oxygen, water and gas impurities in the argon to obtain the argon with relatively high purity, and finally sends it to the working point for use through the noble metal precision filter.
The oxygen content in the recovered gas is less than 200ppm, containing trace amounts of carbon monoxide and hydrocarbons, or organic compounds generated under high temperature, and containing particles below 3um,
Recovery requirements: after recovery, purification equipment shall be equipped to remove impurities such as oxygen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, hydrocarbons and organic gases in argon, and duplex pulse filter shall be equipped to filter particles and collect them.
Composition of recovery unit:
1. Control from the source: configure a duplex pulse filter behind the vacuum pump to filter and collect particulate matter, so that the residual particulate matter in the gas entering the recovery system is less than 0.1um, reducing or eliminating the risk of blocking in the system operation.
2. The recovery source is equipped with a trace oxygen analyzer to monitor the oxygen content in the recovery gas source, and operate according to the self-compiled program (oxygen content 0-1000ppm optional) to vent or recover (there is an audible and visual alarm after the vent valve is opened).
3. Recovery and purification equipment: adopt multistage purification method, subsection treatment and layer by layer separation, so as to meet the demand of high-purity gas to the maximum extent.
4. The recovery system and purification equipment are provided in an integral skid-mounted cabinet, which is integrated and controlled by a set of automatic control system. The overall system is integrated in a set of mobile cabinet, and the vacuum pump power switch is controlled by a high-temperature furnace. The whole equipment has interlocking interlocking function to prevent misoperation. The data output terminal has 485 interface, which can complete data remote transmission and remote control online. The Supplier shall provide a master control panel, which can be embedded into the master console to complete all control of the whole set of equipment.
6. The overall recovery equipment is provided in a closed cabinet.
