The pressure swing adsorption drying system is based on the pressure swing adsorption principle, that is, the desiccant absorbs the moisture in the air under a certain pressure and resolves the adsorbed moisture under normal pressure. So as to achieve the purpose of compressed air drying. Adopt duplex configuration, two drying towers work alternately and continuously, and automatically switch periodically.

The equipment operates according to its own program. The operation panel is equipped with a selection control button, which can automatically select the regeneration cycle and eliminate the waste of resources. All data are collected on the control touch screen. The abnormal pressure and temperature can send out an audible and visual alarm, prompt the patrol inspection, PLC output 485 protocol, and can be connected for remote control.

A pneumatic valve is installed at the inlet end of the cooling water. The regeneration starts automatically and the water consumption of regeneration is less than 0.3 m3/h.
