High-pressure hoses at the inlet of the automatic argon and carbon dioxide gas distribution equipment are uniformly distributed. Each inlet end is connected to the only outlet end. The outlet end is equipped with a sampling port and an unqualified gas discharge port. Each high-precision digital gas pressure sensor measures and controls the pressure of the gas to be mixed, so as to control the amount of gas injected to match the percentage of the mixed gas. Each gas to be proportioned is composed of high-pressure pneumatic valve and pressure sensor. When the set pressure is reached, the valve will be automatically closed and the gas input will be stopped. The proportioning is controlled automatically by PLC, and the touch screen displays the proportioning process and parameters in real time. The pressure proportioning has the following advantages, and is mainly used for large flow proportioning.
1. Large gas volume and high pressure can be directly matched with steel cylinder gas.
2. The accuracy of pressure sensor can reach 0.1% at most, and the error of gas distribution is very small.
3. The control program is simple and runs automatically after setting parameters.
4. The matching cabinet is relatively cheap for flow matching.
5. Set any input box in the program to set the gas composition and pressure adjustment independently
