The touch screen completes the data collection, and all parameters are clearly visible. The gas distribution ratio is changed, and the key is completed, and the key is stored. The equipment has the interlocking interlock function to prevent misoperation. The data output end is equipped with a 485 interface, which can complete the remote data transmission online, and remotely control the working principle of the equipment;

After the hydrogen and nitrogen entering the proportioning cabinet are depressurized and stabilized at the gas distribution inlet, various gas flows and pressures are indicated by various digital gas flow meters, and then the amount to be injected is calculated and controlled by PLC to achieve the mixing content required for proportioning. The ratio automatically adjusts the content of hydrogen and nitrogen to be added when the flow rate of the later stage changes, and the analyzer monitors the percentage content ratio of the ratio gas in real time.
