Nitrogen generation system

AZQ series ammonia decomposition device decomposes ammonia under certain conditions to obtain mixed gas containing 75% hydrogen and 25% nitrogen. The gas obtained by this method is a good reductive protective gas, which can be widely used in semiconductor electrical industry, metallurgical industry, mechanical industry, glass industry and other production and scientific research departments requiring protective atmosphere.

The FC series gas purification device will adsorb, dry and filter the ammonia dissociation gas to remove residual ammonia, water vapor and dust in the hydrogen and nitrogen mixture, so as to achieve the purpose of purification.
