The two-stage parallel connection avoids the priority water absorption function of molecular sieve, and simultaneously processes the micro-carbon dioxide, hydrocarbons and micro-water in the hydrogen. The dried hydrogen is separated and sent to the process point for use after being filtered by high-precision nickel tube..

The device operates according to the self-compiled program. The operation panel is equipped with a selection control button, which can automatically select the regeneration cycle and eliminate the waste of resources. All data are collected on the control touch screen. The abnormal pressure and temperature can send an audible and visual alarm, prompt the patrol inspection, PLC output 485 protocol, and can be connected for remote control.

The split design is adopted. The mechanical part of the open pipeline and the electrical control part of the explosion-proof cabinet are installed. The power supply part of the field equipment is equipped with a sealed junction box, and the hard pipe is connected to the electrical control box. The regeneration purge gas is connected to the flame arrester and then connected to the outdoor relatively high place for discharge.
