Full-automatic hydrogen purification equipment

The full-automatic hydrogen purification equipment takes industrial common gas as the feed gas, and obtains high-purity hydrogen by catalytic cooling, secondary adsorption and precision filtration to remove impurities, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, water vapor and dust.

The equipment has simple structure, good system air-tightness, and the catalyst used (the operating temperature can be adjusted according to the impurity content of the feed gas) can be used for a long time without regeneration. The two-stage double-tower parallel structure dryer extends the regeneration time of the dryer, and the regeneration setting cycle is arbitrarily set within 48 hours, or operates according to the self-designed program, which is energy-saving and efficient, and ensures the quality of pure gas to the maximum extent, High-efficiency adsorbent can be reused after regeneration in the product. It is applicable to major production departments that need a large number of high-purity oxygen semiconductors, optical fibers, picture tubes, etc.

The full-automatic purification equipment has a touch panel to start and stop the work, and the operation is simple and clear. There are two working groups for the device to work alternately and recycle. One group is working, and the other group is regenerative cooling for standby. The reactor has been warmed for a long time, and the drying group works at normal temperature without heating. The touch screen of the corresponding panel can view the equipment composition hardware, operation introduction, observation and monitoring of the working state of the working group, the regeneration state of the regeneration group, the working time of the working group, the switching time, the total working time of the equipment, the regeneration heating time and the alarm information state.

The equipment operates according to its own program. The operation panel is equipped with a selection control button, which can automatically select the regeneration cycle and eliminate the waste of resources. All data are collected on the control touch screen. The abnormal pressure and temperature can send out an audible and visual alarm, prompt the patrol inspection, PLC output 485 protocol, and can be connected for remote control.

The split design is adopted. The mechanical part of the open pipeline and the electrical control part of the explosion-proof cabinet are installed. The power supply part of the field equipment is equipped with a sealed junction box, and the hard pipe is connected to the electrical control box. The regeneration purge gas is externally connected to the outdoor relatively high place for discharge.

The cooling water inlet end is equipped with a pneumatic valve, and the regeneration starts automatically, and the regeneration water consumption is less than 0.1m3/h

The outline drawing of the equipment shall be sketched first, and the production can be scheduled only after it is confirmed by the demander, so as to ensure that the outline is similar, and the details are not marked, so as to avoid pipeline conflict.
